Νικόλαος Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν. εἰ αὐτός τε ἔρρωσαι καὶ τὰ λοιπά σοι κατὰ γνώμην ἐστίν, εἴη ἂν ὡς ἐγὼ θέλω· ὑγίαι νον δὲ καὶ αὐτός. ἀπέσταλκά σοι κομίζοντα Πολέμωνα δ χοιρίδιον τριακονθήμερον α καὶ χαλκῶν δραχμὰς β. σὺ οὖν καλῶς ποιήσεις σαυτοῦ τε ἐπιμελόμενος ἕως ἂν ἐγὼ παραγένωμαι· παρέσομαι δὲ ἐν τάχει.
