Αὐρήλιοι Ἀχιλλᾶς καὶ Κασιανὸς τεσσαράριοιθεσσαλάριοι κώμης Καρανίδος ΑὐρηλίοιΑὐρηλιω ἸσιδώρῳἸσιδώρου Πτολεμαίου καὶ ἩρᾶτιἩρα Πτολεμαίου καὶ ΤαησίῳΤαησίου Κοπρῆ καὶ ΠαλήμωνιΠαλήμωνος Πτολεμαίου χαίρειν· παρελάβαμεν παρʼ ὑμῶν ὑπὲρ τῆς γενομένης ἐπιβολῆς κατὰ θείανθίανπρόσταξιν ὑπὲρ ὁριοδεικτίαςὁριοδικτίας καὶ Καρανίδος ἀσήμου καθαροῦ οὐγκίαςοὐνκίας τέσσαραςτέσσαρες, γίνονται οὐγκίαι δ,καὶ χρυσοῦ ὁμοίως ὑπὲρ τῶν αὐτῶν ὀνομάτων γράμματα ὀκτώ, γίνεται γράμματα η. Αὐρήλιος Ἀχιλλᾶς σεσημείωμαι. ἔτους ιϛ καὶ δ πρὸ ιη καλανδῶνκαλαντῶν ἸουνίωνἸωνίων. ὁ αὐτὸς ὁμοίως ἀσήμου οὐγκίαςοὐνκίας δύο, γίνονται οὐγκίαι β. Αὐρήλιοι Ἀπιν καὶ Ἀσημ τεσσαράριοιθεσσαλάριοι κώμης Πτολεμαίδος Νέας Αὐρηλίᾳ ΤαῆσιΤαῆσις ΚοπρῆΚωπρῆ ἀπὸ Καρανίδος χαίρεινχαίριν· ἔσχαμεν παρὰ σοῦ εἰς τιμὴν ἀσήμου γράμματα εἴκοσι καὶ χρυσοῦ γράμμα ἓν ἥμισυ ὄγδοονὄγδον . ἔτους ιϛ καὶ δ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Γαλερίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Γαλερίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμίνου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος, πρὸ πέντε καλανδῶν Μαίων.
