Διοσκουρίδει ἡγεμόνι καὶ φρου ράρχωι παρὰ Διοσκουρίδου τοῦ Πακήμιος τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς Νικάδαι νεώς. ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ Πετοφόιτος τοῦ Πετονούριος τῶν κατοικούντων ἐν Χοινώτμει ὀφείλον τός μοι τιμὴν ἐλαίου μετρητῶν β χαλκοῦ τάλαντα β Δ ἔτι ις τοῦ κζ ἔτους, ταῦτα πλεονάκις εεεριτου υμενεπο vestiges περις ὑπο τανιδιιυ κιωσερ δέδωκεν, ἀξιῶ συν τάξαι ἀσφαλίσασθαι αὐτὸν μέχρι τοῦ τῶν τόκων παρα αν ἔτους κη Χοιὰχ κε.
