ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτὸν ἐμαυτὸν καὶ τὴν γυναῖκά μου Θασῆν Πακύσεως τοῦ Ὀρσενούφεως ἐτῶν λε ἄσημον καὶ ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων θυγατέρας Θασῆν ἐτῶν ιβ καὶ Στοτοῆτιν ἐτῶν η. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμιἐπιδίδωμει τὴν ἀπογραφήν. κατεχωρίσθη κωμογραμματεῖ καὶ τοῖς λαογράφοις κώμης. ἔτους κδ Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, Τῦβι ιη.
