μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαουίου Φιλοξένου τοῦ λαμπροτάτουἐνδοξοτάτου Φαμενὼθ α ἰνδικτίονος ε. τῇ ἁγίᾳ ἐκκλησίᾳ καλουμένῃ ἀπα Ἱερακίωνος διὰ σοῦ τοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου Ἀπολλῶ πρεσβυτέρουπρεσβυτέρω καὶ οἰκονόμου καὶ Μηνᾶ ἐνοικο λόγου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως Αὐρήλιος Ἀβραάμιος Μουσαίου μητρὸς μος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ἑκουσίως ἐπιδέχομαι μισθώσασθαι ἀπὸ νεομηνίας τοῦ Φαμενὼθ μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους σδ ρογ τῆς αὐτῆς πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων τῇ ἁγίᾳ ἐκκλησίᾳ διὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου Ἀπολλῶ οἰκονόμου ἀπὸ οἰκίας νευούσης ἐπὶ νότον διακειμέ νης ἐπὶ ταύτης τῆς πόλεως ἐπ’ ἀμφόδου ἔσωθεν ὁλόκληρον μονόχωρον νευον κ μετὰ παντὸς αὐτοῦ τοῦ δικαίου καὶ χρηστηρίων πάντων καὶ τελέσω τῇ αὐτῇ ἁγίᾳ ἐκκλησίᾳ διὰ Μηνᾶ ἐνοικολόγου αὐτῆς ἀργυρίου μυριάδας ἐνακοσίαςἐννακοσίας καθὼς πάντες γίνονται μυριάδες ϡ, ὅπερ ἐνοίκιον ἀπο δώσω κατ’ ἔτος δι’ ἑξαμήνου τὸ ἥμισυ καὶ ὁπόταν βουληθείης ἀντιπαρα δώσω σοι τὸ αὐτὸ μονόχωρον ὡς καὶ παρέλα βον ἐπὶ νομῇ. κυρία ἡ μίσθωσις ἁπλῆ καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα Αὐρήλιος Ἀβραάμιος ὁ προγεγραμμένος πεποίημαι τὴν μίσθωσιν καὶ ἀποδώσω τὸ ἐνοίκιον καὶ συμφωνεῖ μοι πάντα ὡς πρόκειται. After the consulship of the most illustrious and distinguished Flavius Philoxenus, on the first of the month of Phamenoth, in the fifth indiction, to the holy church known as Apa Hierakion, through you, the most reverent elder priest and steward Apollos, and Mina, the resident logiste from the illustrious city of the Oxyrhynchites, Aurelius Abrahamius Mousaius, son of [Mousaius] from the same city, greetings. I willingly accept to lease from the new moon of Phamenoth of the current year τῆς αὐτῆς πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος from the properties belonging to the holy church through the same most reverent steward Apollos, from a house located to the south in this city on the inner street, a complete monokhoron with all its rights and usufructs, and to pay in return to the same holy church through Mina its resident logiste the sum of nine hundred ninety myriads of silver as the rent, which I will give annually in two installments, half at every six months, and whenever you wish, I will return to you the same monokhoron as I received it, intact. This lease is simple, and when asked, I, Aurelius Abrahamius, the aforementioned, admit to have made the lease and will pay the rent, and everything is agreed upon as stated. Aurelius Apollos wrote this on his behalf, as he is illiterate.
