Φλαύιος Κόλλουθος σκρινιάριος διʼ ἐμοῦ Ἀπολλῶτος λογοφόρου Ἀπολλῶτι Διοσκόρου διὰ Μηνᾶ υἱοῦ αὐτοῦ χαίρεινχίρειν. ἐδεξάμην καὶ ἐπληρώθην παρὰ σοῦ τὸν φόρον τῶν ὑπὸ σὲτὲ ἀρουρῶν κλήρου Πιασε πεδίου κώμης Φθλᾶ καλουμένουκαλουμέναι Λεμλιμ ἀνύδρουἈνταίου ἔν τε σίτῳ καὶ κριθαῖς ἀκολούθως τῇ μισθώσει ὑπὲρ γενήματος ἕκτης ἰνδικτίονος ἐκ πλήρους καὶ εἰς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι ταύτην τὴν πληρωτικὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται. Φλαύιος Κόλλουθος σκρινιάριος διʼ ἐμοῦ Ἀπολλῶτος λογοφόρου στοιχεῖ μοιμι ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ἀπολλὼς Ἰωσηφίου ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
