Longinus Priscus, also known as the veteran Sabenius and the Gamelius, to Gaius Macrinus, veteran Macrinus, veteran Sebastius, also known as Caesareus, greetings. I acknowledge having received from the gathered sum of drachmas on behalf of my double capital of twenty-four months, [sum] three hundred eighty-four drachmas deposited under the agreement which granted me silver drachmas two hundred eight, with the remaining interest drachmas being one hundred seventy-six to be rendered upon [agreement] from the year of Antoninus Caesar Lord until Mesore, until the thirtieth of the current year, as prepared until today, and the settlement will be by you for my laying out of capital and interest yet to be gathered, of the loan of drachmas [sum] and the proposed silver of one hundred seventy-six drachmas until the thirtieth of Mesore of the approaching year. Year of Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrian Antoninus Augustus Pious, Mesore 5, Longinus Priscus. I have received the silver drachmas one hundred seventy-six as laid out and [being returned as] writings.
