ἐν ὀνόματι τῆς ἁγίας καὶ ὁμοουσίου τριάδος καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς θεοτόκου καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων βασιλείας τοῦ εὐσεβεστάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Φωκᾶ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου ἔτους τρίτου μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείανὑπατίαν τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους δευτέρου Παῦνι ιγ τέλει ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίωνος ἐν Ἀρσινόῃ. Αὐρήλιος Μηνᾶς υἱὸς Ἠλία ἐνοι κιολόγος οὐσίας Θεοδοσακίου τοῦ ἐνδοξο τάτου στρατηλάτου ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀρσινοιτῶν πό λεως ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Κατωτέρου Αὐρηλίῳ Κυρικῷ χοιρομαγείρῳ υἱῷ Μηνᾶ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐ τῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίᾳ γνώμῃ συν τεθεῖσθαί με πρὸς σὲ ὡς εἰ οἵῳ δήποτε καιρῷ ζητήσω ἀποβαλέσθαι σε ἐκ τοῦ ὑπὸ σὲ μενήματος διαφέροντος Θεοδο σακίῳ τῷ ἐνδοξοτάτῳ στρατηλάτῃ μὴ βουλομένου σου ἐξελθεῖν ἐξ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τῷ με παρασχεῖν σοι τὰ ἀναλωθέντα παρὰ σοῦ εἰς τὸ κτίσμα τῆς ἐκεῖσε ἐπαύλεως, εἰ δὲ ἀφʼ ἧς σεαυτοῦεσεαυτοῦ ἐθελή σῃς ἀναχωρῆσαι ἐκ τοῦ αὐτοῦ τόπου μηδέν σε λαβεῖν ὑπὲρ τῶν αὐτῶν ἀναλωμάτων τῶν γεναμένων παρὰ σοῦ ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ ἐπαύλει. κυρία ἡ ὁμολο γία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. In the name of the holy and consubstantial Trinity and of our lady the Theotokos and all the saints, in the third year of the reign of our most pious Lord Flavius Phocas, the eternal Augustus, after his consulship of the same, in the second year, on the 13th of Pauni, in the eighth indiction in Arsinoe. Aurelius Minas, son of Elias, tenant of the property of the most illustrious general Theodosakios, from the city of Arsinoites from the Lower District, to Aurelius Kyrikos, pork cook, son of Minas from the same city, greetings. I voluntarily acknowledge that I have agreed with you that if at any time I wish to remove you from the building belonging to Theodosakios, the most illustrious general, without your consent to depart from it, it is upon me to reimburse you the expenses you have incurred on the construction of the estate there. However, if you wish to depart from that place of your own accord, you shall not claim anything for the expenses you have incurred on that estate. This agreement is binding, and having been questioned, I have confessed. Minas, the tenant, [is responsible for?] the above agreement.
