After the consulship and reign of our lord Flavius Tiberius New Constantine, the eternal Augustus, in the third year of the fourteenth indiction at Arsinoe. I voluntarily make this written agreement of dissolution and complete release, knowingly and willingly, without trickery, force, deceit, necessity, or any legal restrictions, except as the daughter of the blessed George and Herais, with no master, from the city of the Arsinoites, from the Church district, to Aurelianus Cyrus, my full brother, from the same city, greetings. I acknowledge as follows: At present, there is no debt owed by me to you in terms of garments and other various items. Having been relieved of my obligations to you, I requested the acknowledgment of dissolution and complete release. Concerning this, I willingly acknowledge that there is no claim either by me or my heirs, successors, or assigns against you, the said Cyrus, or against your heirs, successors, or assigns, or anyone else on your behalf, regarding garments, or any other matter, written or unwritten, entirely because I have been absolved of the coins which you owe according to what was stipulated therein for your security, I have made this acknowledgment of dissolution, being lawful, and upon inquiry, I have confessed. I, the undersigned, have made the present acknowledgment of complete release in accordance with all aforementioned terms. Tiberius Cyril, the secretary, wrote for her, being present and illiterate, a baker from the city of the Arsinoites. I testify that it is as stated. Aurelius Pousis, also a doctor’s son, I testify to this agreement as stated.
