Παπίσκος κοσμητεύσαςΠανίσκος λας στρατηγὸς Ὀξυρυγχίτου Ἀσκληπιάδηι βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖ τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ χαίρειν. ἐπὶ τῆς γενομένης διαπράσεως τῶν τελωνι κῶν ὑπό τε ἐμοῦ καὶ σοῦ ἐπὶ παρόντων καὶ τῶν εἰωθότων, δυσπειθούντων τῶν τὸ ἐν κύκλιον ἀσχολουμένων καὶ τῶντοῦ τὸ ἀγο ρανόμιον δημοσιωνῶνδημιοσιωνῶν ὡς ἱκανὰ βλαπτο μένων καὶ κινδυνευόντων μεταναστῆ ναι, τὸ δόξαν ἡμῖνἡμεῖν ἔγραψα τῶι κρατίστωι ἡγεμόνι περὶ τοῦ πράγματος. ἀντιγράψαν τος οὖν αὐτοῦ μοι περὶ τοῦ ἐφιδόντα τὰς προτέρας μισθώσεις κατὰ τὸ δυνατὸν ἀνακουφίσαι τοὺς τελώνας ὑπὲρ τοῦ μὴ φυγάδας γενέσθαι τοὺς πρὸς βίαν ἀγο μένουςπροσβιβαζομένουσ, καὶ πρότερόν σοι τὸ ἀντίγραφον τῆς ἐπιστολῆς μετέδωκα ἵνʼ εἰδῇς, καὶ ὅτι ἀποδημοῦντός σου καὶ τῶν ὠνῶν μὴ ἐπιδεδεγμένων ὑπὸ τῶν τελωνῶν μηδὲ μὴν ἄλλων προσερχομένων αὐ τοῖς πολλάκις πολλάκις προκηρυχθεισῶν ἔλαβον χειρογραφίαςχειρογραφείας τῶν τε τὸ ἐνκύ κλιονἐνκυκύκλιον καὶ τὸ γραφεῖον ἀσχολουμένωνConnections
