ἐν ὀνόματι τῆς ἀχράντου καὶ ὁμοουσίου τριάδος πατρὸς καὶ υἱοῦ καὶ ἁγίου πνεύματος, Θὼθ κϛ, ἰνδικτίωνος ιδ, ἔτους σπϛ σνε.
