Description
Agreement between Dioscoros, son of Apollos, and Victor the weaver. Victor has rented to Dioscoros an aroura of land to sow flax. Moreover, the seeds and the water necessary to irrigate the field are provided by the proprietor. Victor undertakes to pay, for everything, a fee of 1 nomisma less 2 keratia at the time of the third - and last - tax levy of the 12th indiction. The farm rent will thus be paid one year in advance, since the sowing will not happen until during the 13th indiction - cf. below, 67128-67129). Belongs to the archive of Dioscoros.

Put down in a document and transfer to my name, from the name of the holy oratory of the topos of Apa Dios, situated in the village, one and a quarter aroura of sowable land together with the expropriated land(?), based on the census made by Ioannes of erudite memory, the late scholasticus and censitor.
