παρὰ Ταυρίνου Ἰωάννου ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως τῷ κυρίῳ υλΠαύλῳ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς· ἐδεξάμην καὶ ἐπληρώθην παρά σου ὑπὲρ δημοσίων ηρωτουπωροου τῶν τριῶν τρίτου κερατίων ἕκτης ἰνδικτίονος ὑπὲρ τοῦ ἐμοῦ μέρους κερατίου ἑνὸς ἐνάτου, γίνεται χρυσοῦ κερατίου α θ καὶ πρὸς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν ταύτην σοι πεποίημαι τὴν πληρωτικὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται· ἐγράφη Ἐπεὶφ κθ ἰνδικτίονος ϛ.
