Φλαουίῳ Στρατηγίῳ τῷ ὑπερ φυεστάτῳ πατρικίῳ, παγάρ χῳ τῆς τε Ἀρσινοιτῶν καὶ Θεοδοσιουπολιτῶν διὰ Φλαουίου Θεοδώρου τοῦ λαμ προτάτου ὑμετέρου ἐπι κειμένου Αὐρήλιος Μηνᾶς πλινθουργὸς υἱὸς Ἰωάν νου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως καὶ πρὸς ὑμετέραν ἀσφάλειαν ταύτην αὐτῇ πεποίημαινεποιημαι τὴν ἀπόδειξιν καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
