δόσθαι Χριστο δώρᾳ καὶ κρατεῖσθαι καὶ κατέχειν καὶ διακατέχειν αλω καὶ ἀφιλονείκωςἀφειλονίκως ησετο ἀντειπεῖνἀντιπεῖν ἢ ἀντι ποιήσασθαι ἢ ἐναντιωθῆναι ταύτης μου τῆς διαθήκης τῶν κατακειμένων νόσῳ ρωνος ὑπὲρ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἢ διʼ ἑαυτῆς ἢ διʼ ἐντολέως ἢ διʼ οἱουδήποτε προσώπου ἢ διὰ προφάσεως αὐτῆς οἱανδήποτε ζημίαν προσποιήσεσθαι κατὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ νοσοκομείουνοσοκομίου, βούλομαι αὐτὴν ἀποστερεῖσθαι τῶν ἀφωρισ μένων αὐτῇ παρʼ ἐμοῦ ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ διαθήκῃ πραγμάτων, τῆς θείας καὶ νεαρᾶς διατάξεως τοῦτο αὐτὸ συγχωρούσης γενέσθαι διὰ τὸ τὴν αὐτὴν θείαν καὶ νεαρὰν διάταξιν ἄδειαν δεδωκέναι τοῖς διαθεμένοις μηδέμητέ τὰ ἐκ τοῦ ληγάτου νόμου φυλάξαι τοῖς ἐναντιουμένοις τῆς αὐτῶν διαθήκης, βούλομαι τοίνυν τὴν αὐτὴν Χριστοδώραν εἰ, ὅπερ ἀπείη, τολμήσῃ τοιοῦτό τι ποιῆσαι κατὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ νοσοκομείουνοσοκομίου ἢ κατὰ τῶν αὐτῶν πραγμάτων μηδὲν πανταπᾶσιν ἔχειν ἐκ τῆς ἐμῆς κληρονομίας, ἀλλὰ καὶ τούτων ἐκπεσεῖν τῶν διατυπωθέντων παρʼ ἐμοῦ ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ διαθήκῃ, δίδοσθαι αὐτῇ ὑπὲρ τῆς ἰδίας τῶν προγεγραμμένων πραγμάτων προχρείαν τῶν ὀφειλομένων τῷ αὐτῷ νοσοκομείῳνοσοκομίῳ κ Ἡγησάμην ἀναγκαῖον διατυπῶσαι ἐν ταύταις μου ταῖς τελευταίαις βουλήσεσιν ησα τὴν βούλομαι καὶ κελεύω πάσαν ἰσχὺν καὶ τὸν ἐμφερόμενον διατάττω ὡς, εἰ συμβαίη Χριστοδώραν εμεναConnections
