ἐν καιρῷ τῆς ἐµῆς ἀποβιώσεως ἐµοῦ ἔχοντος σιδηροῖς καὶ ξυλίνοις καὶ ἑτέροις σκεύεσιν ἀπὸ πολυτελοῦς µέχρι εὐτελοῦς εἴδους καὶ ἀσσαρίου ἑνὸς ἐφ’ ᾧ σε Ἡλιόδωρον τ εὐθὺς µετὰ τὴν ἐµὴν ἀποβίωσιν ἔχειν καὶ κατασχεῖν τὰ παντοῖα κινητὰ πράγµατα καὶ κυριεύειν καὶ δεσπόζειν καὶ καὶ οἰκονοµεῖν καὶ διοικεῖν περὶ αὐτῶν ὡς ἐὰν αἱρῇ ἀκωλύτως καὶ ἀνεµποδίστως ἀπὸ τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡµέρας τὸν α ασεκαταδ ἤγουν µετὰ ταῦτα δυνηθησοµένου ποτὲ ανα ἐὰν δὲ ἐγὼ ἢ κληρονόµοι µου κινήσω κατὰ σοῦ ἢ κατὰ τῶν σῶν παντοίων κληρονόµων περὶ παρ’ ἐµοῦ ἐν καιρῷ τῆς ἐµῆς ἀποβιώσεως κινητῶν πραγµάτων ἀποζυγῆςἀποεηκγῆς τῆς προτέρας µου γαµετῆς διὰ τὸ αὐτὸν κληρονοµίας. εἰ δὲ συµβῇ αὐτὸν Ἀβραάµιον ἢ ἕτερόν τινα λόγῳ προστίµου χρυσοῦ νοµίσµατα δώδεκα πρὸς τῷ καὶ εἶναι µετὰ τὴν τοῦ προστίµου καταβολὴν κυρίαν καὶ βεβαίαν ταύτην τὴν δωρεὰν πανταχοῦ προφεροµένην διὰ τὸ οὕτως µοι δεδόχθαι καὶ συνηρῆσθαι ὑποθέµενός σοι εἰς ἐγγύης πάντα µοι τὰ ὑπάρχοντα καὶ ὑπάρξοντα ἰδικῶς καὶ γενικῶς ἐνεχύρου λόγῳ καὶ ὑποθήκης δικαίῳ καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ταῦθ’ οὕτως ἔχειν, δώσειν, ποιεῖν, φυλάττειν, ἐµµένειν διηνεκῶς, εἰς πέρας ἄγειν ὡµολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος ας Ἀβρααµίου ἀπὸ Ἑρµοῦ πόλεως ἐθέµην τὴν δωρεὰν καὶ στοιχεῖ µοι πάντα τὰ ἐγγεγραµµένα ὡς πρόκειται. µαρτυρῶ τῇ δωρεᾷ ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεµένου . In the time of my passing, having iron, wooden, and other vessels from extravagant to simple types and one assarion, upon which I grant to you, Heliodorus, immediately after my death, the right to possess and take control of all kinds of movable possessions and to have authority, mastery, and management over them as you choose, without any hindrance or obstruction from this day forth. If I or my heirs should contest you or any of your heirs concerning the movable possessions transferred by me upon my death from my former wife due to inheritance [...] if it should happen to Abraham or another for any reason, a price of twelve gold coins, and after the deposit of the price, this gift shall be valid and secure, presented everywhere because it has been agreed upon and consented by me, securing all my existing and future properties, both specifically and generally, by way of pledge and mortgage, as if from a legal dispute.
