Πετεεῦτι Φομναΐσιος παρὰ Κρονίωνος τοῦ Κρονίωνος τοῦ Τεῶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Τεβ τύνεως. τυγχάνω ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτωςαὐθερέτως ἐκβεβηκέναι τῆς ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους γεωργίαςγεωργείας τῶν ὑπαρχόντων σοι περὶ κώμην Κερκῆσιν πρότερον Ἀσκληπιάδου κλήρου ἀρουρῶν δέκα δύο ἡμίσους καὶ κταμίωνκταμια ἀρουρῶν δέκα δύο ἡμίσους , ἐσπαρ κέναι πύρινον καὶ χόρτου, σὲ δὲ ἀντεχόμενον καὶ ἑτέροις μεταμισθοῦνμεταμισθῦν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶ τος ἔτους· ἐὰν φαίνηται ἀπολῦσαι. Κρονίων ἐτῶν ξϛ οὐλὴ χειρὶ ἀριστερᾷ. ἔτους ιδ Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου.
