To the one who served as gymnasiarch, concerning the judgment of the gymnasiarchate, by Mysthes, son of Mysthes, mother Tamyssha, and his wife Thaisatos, daughter of Isidoros, mother of Deios, with his lord Mysthes himself, both of them enrolled from the metropolis on the street of Horionos Hierakion. The event that happened for us, the son Ptolemaios, having reached thirteen years, having advanced into the present 6th year of Hadrian Caesar the lord Augustus, whom is obligated to be judged according to the commands, we submitted our claims. I, therefore, Mysthes, was registered for the accounts of the 9th year of Domitian and the 7th year of the god Trajan at the same street of Horionos Hierakion, and my wife was co-registered in the same accounts of the same years Domitian and Trajan at the same street, where they were also registered in the household census of the 2nd year of Hadrian Caesar the lord on the same street. We recorded among the offspring the judged son Ptolemaios, while the parents of the same Mysthes and Thaisatos were registered in the household census of the 8th year to the household recording of the god Vespasian on the same street, before we were born.
