ιτικ τομ α ἑρμηνεία τῶν Ῥωμαϊκῶν Λουκίῳ Μουσσίῳ Αἰμιλιανῷ τῷ διασημοτάτῳ ἐπάρχῳ Αἰγύπτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίας Ἡρᾶτος Κάστορος μητρὸς Σύρας ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. ἐρωτῶ, κύριε, δοῦναί μοι κύριον ἐπιγραφησόμενον κατὰ νόμον Ἰούλιον Τίτιον καὶ δόγμα συνκλήτου Αὐρήλιον Χαιρήμονα υἱὸν Διογένους ἀρχιερατεύσαντος τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως· ἐδόθη κυρίοις ἡμῶν αὐτοκράτορσι Μακριανῷ τὸ β καὶ Κυήτῳ τὸ ὑπάτοις ἔτους α Παχὼν κβ.

I beg you, lord, to give me, as guardian to be registered in accordance with the lex Iulia Titia and the senatusconsultum, Aurelius Chaeremon, son of Diogenes, who was chief-priest of the same city. Given in the consulship of our lords the emperors Macrianus, for the second time, and Quietus, for the second (?) time. First year; Pachon 22nd.
