ἀντίγραφον. Νεῖλος ὁ καὶ Θέων βασιλικὸς γραμματεὺς Ὀξυρυγχίτου Πομπυλλίῳ Εὐδαίμονι βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ὀάσεως Θηβαΐδος τῶι φιλτάτωι χαίρειν.
