Ἱέρακι στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος καὶ Τιμαγένῃ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος καὶ Ἁρφαήσι κωμογραμματεῖ Καρανίδος καὶ Διδύμῳ καὶ τοῖς λοιποῖς λαογράφοις κώμης Καρανίδος παρὰ Σισόϊτος Πεθέως τοῦ Ἀκου σιλάου μητρὸς Θερμούθεως τῆς εως ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Καρανίδος. ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτὸν καὶ τοὺς ἐμοὺς εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους θεοῦ Ἀντωνείνου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν εἰς τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν ἡμῖν ἐν τῇ κώμῃ οἰκίαν καὶ αὐλὴν. εἰσὶ δέ· Σισόις ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐτῶν κθ ἄσημος καὶ τὴν γυναῖκά μου Θερμούθιος τῆς Πασοκνοπαίου ἐτῶν β ἄσημον καὶ τὴν ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων θυγατέραθυγατέραν Θερ μουθ ἐτῶν ἄσημον καὶ τὸν ὁμοπάτριον καὶ ὁμομήτριόν μου ἀδελφὸν Βη ς ἐτῶν ἀδελφὸν οννω ἐτῶν καὶ τὸν τοῦ κατὰ πατέρα μου θείου υἱὸν Σισόιν Ὀννώφρεως μητρὸς θεως τῆς Ἀπολλωνίου ἐτῶν καὶ τὴν μητέραμητέραν μου Θερμοῦθιν ἐτῶν νδ. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι δε σεσημείωμαι ωνμ γραφδ σεσημείωμαιTranslations (2)

Ich melde mich und die Meinen für die Haushaltsmeldung des vergangenen 23. Jahres des Gottes Antoni[nus] für das mir im Dorf gehörende Haus mit Hof. [ Ich bin ] der oben genannte Sisoïs, 29 Jahre alt, und (ich melde auch) meine Ehefrau Thermuthis ,Tochter des [P]asok[nopa]ios, 24 (?)
