ἐξ ὑπομνηματισμῶν Οὐλπίου Σερηνιανοῦ τοῦ κρα τίστου ἀρχιερέως. ἔτους ια Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Τῦβι κη. ἐν Μέμφει. ἠσπάσατο τὸν λαμπρότατον ἡγεμόνα καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα πρὸς τῷ Ἀπείῳ Πανεφρέμμειπανεφρεμμεως Στοτοήτιος ἀνθʼ οὗ Σατα βοῦτος πρεσβυτέρου ἱερέως προσαγαγόντος υἱὸν ἑαυτοῦ Πανεφρέμμιν καὶ ἀξιώσαντος ἐπιτρα πῆναι περιτεμεῖν αὐτὸν ἀναδόντος τε τὴν περὶ αὐ τοῦ γραφεῖσαν ἐπιστολὴν ὑπὸ Σαραπίωνος στρατηγοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος διὰ Ἀλεξάνδρου γυμνασιαρχήσαντος, κεχρονισμένην εἰς τὸ διε ληλυθὸς ι ἔτος Φαῶφι ϛ Σερηνιανὸς ἐπύθετο τῶν παρόντων κορυφαίων καὶ ὑποκορυφαίων καὶ ἱερογραμματέων, εἰ σημεῖον ἔχοι ὁ παῖς. εἰπόντων ἄσημον αὐτὸν εἶναι Οὔλπιος Σερηνιανὸς ἀρχιερεὺς καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ἱερῶν σημειωσάμενος τὴν ἐπιστολὴν ἐκέλευσεν τὸν παῖδα περιτμηθῆναι κατὰ τὸ ἔθος. ἀνέγνων.

Er grüßte den Statthalter , den vir clarissimus , und als danach beim Apistempel Panephremmis, Sohn des [S]totoêtis, alias Satabûs der Ältere, Priester, seinen Sohn Panephremm[i]s vorstellte und beantragte, ihm zu gestatten, ihn zu beschneiden, wobei er den über ihn von Sarapiôn, dem Strategen des Hêrak[lei]dês-Bezirks des Arsino[ï]tês, durch Alexandros, den ehemaligen Gymnasiarchen , geschriebenen Brief, datiert auf den 6. Phaôphi des vergangenen 10. Jahres, übergab, fragte Serenia[nus] die anwesenden korypha[i]oi und hy[pokory]phaioi und hierogrammateis , ob der Junge ein Kennzeichen habe.
