τοῦ καὶ Διοσκόρου Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ καὶ Ἰσιδώρου τοῦ μητρὸς καὶ Ταμιούσεως καὶ τῆς γενομένης καὶ ἀποπεπλεγμένης μου γυναικὸς Δημητρίας Σαραπάμμωνος τοῦ Διδύμου μητρὸς θυγατρὸς κατοίκων ἀμφοτέρων ἀναγραφομένων ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Δημητρίας μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ὁμοπατρίου καὶ ὁμομητρίου αὐτῆς ἀδελφοῦ τῶν γεγονότων ἡμῖνἡμεῖν ἐξ ἀλλήλων υἱῶν καὶ Διδυμᾶς τῶν γεννηθέντων τῷ ἔτει καὶ ὄντων εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ἔτος Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου ἐτῶν ιγι ὀφει λόντων ἐπικριθῆναι ὑπετάξαμεν ἡμῶν τὰ δίκαια. ἐγὼ μὲν ὁ καὶ Διόσκορος ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἀπεγραψάμην τῷ ιϛ ἔτει θεοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ ἐπ ἀμφόδου
