ὁ καὶ ης Κεφαλᾶτος χαίρειν· ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν παρὰ σοῦ πυροῦ στερεοῦ ἀρτάβας ἑβδομήκοντα , ἃς μεμέτρημαι παρὰ σοῦ τόκων ἡμιολίων πυροῦ ἀρτάβαις τριάκοντα πέντε , τὸν δὲ πυρὸν καὶ τὸν τόκον, τὰς πάσας πυρῶν ἀρτάβας ε῾κατὸν πέντε , ἃς ἀποτείσω σοι ἢ τοῖς παρὰ σοῦ ἐν τῶι Ἐπεὶφ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος η ἔτους, πυρὸν στερεὸν νέον καθαρὸν ἄδολον μέτρωι τῶι πρὸς τὸ χαλκοῦν καὶ καταστήσω ἐπὶ τὸν κατὰ τὴν Ἀκώριος ὅρμον τοῖς ἰδίοις ἀνηλώμασι· ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀπο δῶ καθʼ ἃ γέγραπται, ἀποτείσω σοι ἑκάστης ἀρτάβης χαλκοῦ δραχμὰς δισχιλίας , τῆς πράξεως οὔσης καθʼ ἅπερ ἐκ δίκης· ἡ χεὶρ ἥδε κυρία ἔστω παντὶ τῶι ἐπιφέροντι καὶ παντα χῇ ἐπιφερομένη. ἔτους η , ἐν κώμηι Τήνει τοῦ Μωχίτου· ἀναγέγραπται διὰ Θέωνος.Cross-references (3)
