Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Γυμνασίου, ἐφʼ οὗ καὶ τῇ τοῦ ιδ ἔτους ἀπογραφῇ ἀπεγραψάμην καί εἰσιν Δίδυμος Σαραπίωνος τοῦ Σουχᾶ μητρὸς Ἑλένης λαογραφούμενος ἐτῶν κα, καὶ τὴν τούτου γυναῖκα οὖσαν αὐτοῦ ὁμοπάτριον καὶ ὁμομήτριον ἀδελφὴν Θερμουθάριον ἐτῶν καὶ ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων τέκνα Κλαύδιον γενόμενον τῷ ἐνεστῶτι ἔτει, καὶ φιν αὐτω διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι. ἔτους κθ Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Μεσορὴ κη.Translations (2)

Und es sind Didymos, Sohn des Sarapio[n], des Sohnes des Sûchas, und der Mutter Helenê, kopfsteuerpflichtiger , 21 Jahre (alt), und (ich melde auch) dessen Ehefrau Thermûtharion, die seine vom gleichen Vater und der gleichen Mutter abstammende Schwester ist, [x] Jahre (alt), und die gemeinsamen Kinder Klaudi[os], geboren im gegenwärtigen [Jahr] und . Hiermit [reiche ich (die Meldung) ein]. Im 29. Jahr des Aurelius Commodus Antoninus Caesar, des Herrren, am 28. Mesorê.
