Hand) Flavius Apiôn, den berühmtesten magister militum (und) Pagarchen von Arsinoïtôn (Polis) und Theodosiûpolitôn (Polis) , grüßt Aurelius Nepheras, Sohn des Isak, symmachos , aus derselben Stadt, aus dem Psapalliû-Viertel .
