Pepi Neferkare will purify himself. Pepi Neferkare will take his paddle after Pepi Neferkare has taken his seat. May Pepi Neferkare sit [at the 'Nose' of the barque of the two Enneads]. [... and so that he may record Pepi Neferkare at the head] ⸢of the Living⸣ [may the door wings of the $kꜣ bꜣ$, which is in the water area (of the sky), be opened for Pepi Neferkare; may the door wings of the (heavenly waters) Light Sea, which is in the Starry(?) (Sky), be opened for Pepi Neferkare. May Pepi Neferkare walk there, with [his] leopard skin loincloth [upon him ...]. [He will drive away the evil that is before] Pepi Neferkare [he will remove the evil that is behind Pepi Neferkare like the throwing sticks of the foremost of Letopolis, which remove the evil that is before him and which drive away the evil, [that is behind him].
