Words speak: [Pepi Neferkare has thus ascended to the sky among the gods who are in the sky, and so he stands at] the great shore and hears the speech of the $ḥnmm.t$-people. "Re will find you on the two banks of the [sky] as the one belonging to the Henet waters, [who is in] Nut [.]” “Welcome, [Arriving one!,” say] the gods. He will extend his arm to you in the $jzkn$-region (Zenith?) of the sky. “One comes who knows his place,” says the Ennead. Cleanse yourself, take your seat in [the barque of Re] and traverse the sky and let the distant ones rise. You will row with the Non-Setting and travel with the Non-Tiring. You will receive the cargo(?) of the evening barque. You will become an Akh spirit who is in the Duat. You will live in this pleasant life, in which the lord of the horizon lives, (the divine being) Great Flood, who is in Nut. “Who is it that has done this for you?” say the gods who follow Atum. It is that Great One who has done this for Pepi Neferkare, he who is north of the waters that Nut controls. He has heard his calling and done what he has said. Pepi [Neferkare] has [taken his body in the council of officials of Nun] at the head of the Great Ennead.

Reinige dich, nimm deinen Sitz in [der Barke des Re] ein und befahre den Himmel und lasse die Fernen emporsteigen. Du wirst mit den Nicht-Untergehenden rudern und mit den Nicht-Ermüdenden reisen. Du wirst die Fracht(?) der Abendbarke erhalten. Du wirst zu einem Ach-Geist, der in der Duat ist, werden. Du wirst in diesem angenehmen Leben leben, in dem der Herr des Horizonts lebt, (das göttliche Wesen) Große Flut, das in Nut ist. "Wer ist es, der dies für dich getan hat?", sagen die Götter, die Atum folgen. Es ist jener Große, der dies für Pepi Neferkare getan hat, der, der nördlich des Gewässers ist, das Nut kontrolliert. Er hat sein Rufen gehört und getan, was er gesagt hat. Pepi [Neferkare] hat [sich seinen Leib im Beamtenkollegium des Nun] genommen an der Spitze der Großen Neunheit.
