(1) O prophets, fathers of the gods, wab-priests and every office of the temple of Bastet, the lords of Bubastis (2) and of Mahes, the Great in strength, the son of Bastet! The breath of the mouth is indeed useful for the worthy. This is nothing that one grows weary of (7). [It does not come from] your possessions. The one with a kind heart, to him the god is gracious. (1) O Propheten, Gottesväter, wab-Priester und jedes Amt des Tempels der Bastset, der Herren von Bubatsis (2) und des Mahes, des Großen an Kraft, des Sohnes der Bastet! Der Hauch des Mundes ist ja nützlich für den Würdigen. Das ist nichts, wovon man müde (7) wird. [Es kommt ja nicht von] euren Besitztümern heraus.
