O Osiris Teti! This is Horus, who is in your arms, so that he may protect you. He has become Ach with you in your name 'Horizon, from which Re emerges'. Close your arms around him; and he will not depart from you. Horus does not allow you to suffer. Horus has placed your enemy under your feet, so that you may live. Horus has given you his children, so that they may come under you. There is none among them who falters when they carry you. Your mother Nut has spread herself over you in her name '$Štp.t'. She has caused you to be a god, without having an enemy, in your name 'God'. She keeps you safe from every evil thing in her name 'Great Sieve(?)/Great Uniter(?)'. You are the greatest of her children. Geb is gracious to you. He has taken you to his heart and has protected you. He has given you your head (again) and has caused Thoth to unite you, so that what is upon you may cease.
O Osiris Teti! Dies ist Horus, der in deinen Armen ist, damit er dich schütze. Er ist wiederum Ach geworden bei dir in deinem Namen 'Horizont, aus dem Re hervorkommt'. Sie bewahrt dich vor jeder üblen Sache in ihrem Namen 'Großes Sieb(?)/Große Vereinigerin(?)'. Du bist das größte ihrer Kinder. Geb ist dir gnädig. Er hat dich liebgewonnen und hat dich geschützt. Er hat dir deinen Kopf (wieder)gegeben und hat veranlaßt, daß Thot dich zusammenfüge, damit das, was an dir ist, aufhöre.
