This Pepi has appeared together with Re at his appearance, our both third, who is with us both together (?), one behind this Pepi, one before 〈him〉, one, placing water, one, placing sand. This Pepi has leaned on your arms, Shu, as Re leans on your arm. This Meri-Re has found the two sitting at his approach, the two (female) axes, mistresses of this land. Nut rejoiced greatly at the approach of this Pepi and he was received by the hem of her $mꜥq$ garment - for life and well-being - that is under her $nṯstn$ garment. But they both have given birth for themselves. Behold Pepi - evil has left him. Selkis has given 〈her〉 arms to this Pepi and has brought her breast to the mouth of this Pepi. Duawer has shaved this Pepi and Sothis has washed the arms of this Pepi, at his birth on this day, gods. This Pepi no longer knows his first mother, whom he (formerly) knew. It is Nut who has given birth to this Meri-Re together with Osiris.
