Behold this, what they have said about Pepi Neferkare, what the gods have said about Pepi, when the speech of the gods fell upon Pepi Neferkare: This is Horus, who has come forth from the inundation. This is the long-horned bull, who has come forth from the enclosure. This is the cobra, who has come forth from Re, this is the uraeus serpent, who has come forth from Seth. Everything that will happen to Pepi Neferkare will likewise happen to the $Mḏd.t-jtj$, the daughter of Re, who is on his lap. Everything that will happen to Pepi Neferkare will likewise happen to the $Mḏꜣ$, the daughter of Re, who is on his lap. For Pepi is the Uninjured, son of the Uninjured, who has come forth from the Uninjured. Pepi Neferkare is uninjured; if Pepi Neferkare is uninjured, then the Eye of Horus, which is in Heliopolis, is uninjured. Pepi Neferkare lives; if Pepi Neferkare lives, then the Eye of Horus, which is in Heliopolis, lives.
