"[Re-heqa-achti, who] rejoices in the horizon [in his name Re, the father, who has come as Aton" (=Aton), who gives life forever and ever, the king of Upper and Lower Egypt, lord of the Two Lands, Nefer-cheperu-Re-wa-en-Re; the son of Re, lord of the crowns, Akhenaten, who is great in his time. The great royal wife, Nefertiti, may she live forever and ever [Praise to you], O living Aton! Homage to Wa-en-Re, the god who creates mankind and provides for the Two Lands! May you grant me a beautiful burial in old age. For the Ka of the chief of the police force of Akhetaten, Mahu, the justified.
